Container/Tube:  Grey-top (potassium oxalate/sodium fluoride) tube(s) or Mint Green (LiHep) tube
Specimen:  1 mL  plasma (0.5 mL min)
Transport Temperature:  Refrigerate

Collection Instructions:  Allow specimen to clot for 30 minutes, spin down and process promptly to avoid falsely low results. If red blood cells remain above gel layer, place serum in a plastic vial.
